How we work
A structured project path with clear inputs and decisions.
The process begins with the available information. Missing data is identified early so assumptions do not become hidden project risks.
Requirement Assessment
Customer provides
Part data, photos, current packaging, route and annual volume.
We evaluate
Protection, handling, stacking, return loop and information gaps.
Output
Initial requirement summary and next-step data list.
Packaging Concept
Customer provides
Feedback on operational priorities and constraints.
We evaluate
Container type, dunnage method, density and handling interface.
Output
Concept direction, preliminary configuration and assumptions.
Quotation & Scope
Customer provides
Expected quantity, delivery location and approval process.
We evaluate
Tooling, material, production route, timing and commercial scope.
Output
Quotation with assumptions, exclusions and project milestones.
Prototype & Validation
Customer provides
Sample parts or validation data where required.
We evaluate
Fit, access, loading sequence, protection and necessary revisions.
Output
Sample, review record and approved revision direction.
Production & Inspection
Customer provides
Final approval and order confirmation.
We evaluate
Production progress, defined checks and documentation status.
Output
Production goods and project-specific inspection records.
Delivery & Project Record
Customer provides
Delivery instructions and receiving requirements.
We evaluate
Shipment arrangement, document completeness and close-out items.
Output
Delivery coordination and retained project documentation.
First review
Four inputs that make the initial assessment faster.
A complete CAD file is useful but not mandatory. Photos and approximate dimensions are enough to begin identifying the correct questions.
Dimensions, weight, material and sensitive surfaces.
Origin, destination, transport mode and return path.
Forklift, trolley, crane, manual loading or automation.
Annual volume, batch size and required packaging fleet.
Project FAQ
Common questions before concept development.
Can we start without a finished drawing?
Yes. Photos, approximate dimensions, unit weight and the current packaging problem are usually sufficient for an initial review. Accurate drawings or samples may be required later for detailed dunnage development.
How is the packaging type selected?
The selection is based on the part, payload, loading method, handling equipment, stack requirement, route, return loop and protection target—not only the requested outside dimensions.
Can TECPACK develop the container and dunnage together?
Yes. For component-specific projects, treating the outer container and internal protection as one system generally provides a more coherent result.
What should be validated before mass production?
The project team should confirm fit, loading and unloading access, component contact, stacking, handling and any route-specific performance criteria.
